Warfaze to pay tribute to Michael Jackson with concert

Famed Bangladeshi rock band Warfaze is set to pay tribute to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, through a special concert scheduled for July 31 at the Hall of Fame, Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center (BCFCC), in Dhaka.

The gates will open at 4pm, while the show is scheduled to begin at 6pm.

Details of the concert were unveiled at a press conference held on July 4. The event is being organised by Warfaze in collaboration with Brandmyth and Mars & Co., powered by Chuti Resort, Cox’s Bazar, with Carpe Diem as the playlist partner and Coca-Cola as an associate partner.

The three-hour concert will follow a unique format. For the first two hours, Warfaze will perform some of Michael Jackson’s most iconic songs, accompanied by dance performances, choreography, and visual productions. Following a short intermission, the band will return to the stage to perform its own repertoire.

The concert also marks Warfaze’s first solo live show since receiving the prestigious Ekushey Padak, Bangladesh’s second-highest civilian award. Although the Hall of Fame can accommodate nearly 4,000 people, the organisers have limited attendance to 2,500 to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for concertgoers of all ages.

Tickets are available through GetSetRock in three categories—VIP, Grand View, and Legend’s Circle. Each tier offers a different concert experience while ensuring equal access to essential facilities, including restrooms, food, and drinking water. VIP ticket holders will receive exclusive merchandise and an opportunity to meet the band, while Grand View ticket holders will enjoy premium gallery seating. Legend’s Circle, meanwhile, offers a standing-zone experience designed for fans seeking a more energetic atmosphere.
