Shraboner Bristibheja Sur Evening Held in Nazrul Year
The "Shraboner Bristibheja Sur" evening was held in Cox's Bazar as part of Nazrul Year celebrations.
The evening program was organized on Tuesday, 7th July 2026 at Hotel Sea Gajipur, Cox's Bazar by Md. Salim Nur, Journalist, Poet and President of the Cox's Bazar District Branch of the World Wide Writers Association.
Professor Dr. Ujjal Banerjee, renowned musician and music expert, attended the event as the Chief Guest.
The Keynote Speaker was Poet Muhammad Shamsul Huq Babu, Founder President of the organization and Life Member of the Nazrul Institute.
Riaj Mahmud, Translator, Life Member of the Nazrul Institute and Translation Affairs Secretary of the World Wide Writers Association, was present as the Special Guest.
The program included discussions on National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam, poetry recitation, literary gatherings, and musical performances. Professor Ujjal Banerjee performed songs at the event.
The guests present called upon everyone to conduct more research on Nazrul and to spread his creative songs and poems.
Despite adverse weather conditions, Md. Salim Nur, Journalist, Poet and President who presided over the program, thanked everyone and expressed gratitude before declaring the event concluded.
