Moinul Islam appointed Chief People Officer of ACI PLC
Advanced Chemical Industries PLC (ACI PLC), one of Bangladesh's leading business conglomerates, has appointed Md. Moinul Islam as its Chief People Officer (CPO), effective 1 July 2026.
In his new role, Moinul Islam will lead the company's People Team and Learning and Development (L&D) functions. He will oversee key initiatives related to human resource management, employee development, leadership cultivation, and organisational capability enhancement, according to a press release.
A seasoned HR professional, Moinul Islam brings more than 21 years of experience with ACI.
Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to human capital management, leadership development, organisational transformation, and talent development, playing an instrumental role in strengthening the company's people strategy.
