AAUB's 21th Academic Council Meeting held at Dhaka Campus
The 20th Academic Council Meeting of Aviation and Aerospace University, Bangladesh (AAUB) was held on 14 July 2026 at the university's conference room, Dhaka campus. The meeting was presided over by the respected Vice Chancellor of AAUB, Air Vice Marshal M Mustafizur Rahman.
Expressing sincere gratitude and greetings to all the members present at the meeting, the president said that through the collective efforts of all, good governance, quality higher education and research, the process of making this university one of the exemplary higher education institutions of the country is on progress.
Then Vice Chancellor summarized the important academic and administrative activities of the university that have been completed in the interim period since the last 20th Academic Council meeting. In the said meeting, the proposals for updating the syllabus of different courses of AAUB was discussed in detail and approved subject to the compliance of observations of the members, according to a press release.
It is to be mentioned that members of Bangladesh Air Force, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh, Bangladesh Airlines Training Centre, Bangladesh University of Professionals, Bangladesh Maritime University and Military Institute of Science and Technology participated in the meeting, along with other members of the AAUB.
