Preparation meeting on PM Gold Cup Nat'l Football held in Cumilla
A preparation meeting of the Cumilla Education Zone Committee was held on the occasion of the Prime Minister's Gold Cup National Football Competition 2026. The meeting was held on Wednesday at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner.
The chief guest at the meeting was Dr. Md. Ziauddin, Divisional Commissioner of Chittagong and Chief Patron of the Cumilla Education Zone Committee.
Cumilla Deputy Commissioner Rosy Akter, Cumilla City Corporation Administrator Yusuf Molla Tipu, Zila Parishad Administrator Md. Mostaq Mia. Cumilla Development Authority Chairman Udbatul Bari Abu, Superintendent of Police Md. Anisuzzaman, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Md. Saiful Islam, Cumilla South District BNP General Secretary Ashikur Rahman Mahmud Wasim were present at the meeting.
The event was presided over by Professor Md. Ahsan Parvez, Chairman of Cumilla Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board.
The meeting discussed in detail various preparatory activities, field management, coordination of participating teams and overall security measures to successfully organize the upcoming competition. The event was organized by the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Cumilla.
