A child safety network campaign was held on Sunday at Adampur, Kamalganj Upazila, Moulvibazar, at the initiative of Good Neighbors Bangladesh Moulvibazar CDP.
This campaign was organized with an aim of protecting children's rights, raising awareness and building a safe society. The event was chaired by Good Neighbors Bangladesh Moulvibazar CDP Manager Andrico Mondal while Teacher Nihar Kanti Deb and Program Officer Matthew Sujan Mondal conducted the program. Kamalganj Upazila Secondary Education Officer Samsun Nahar Parvin, Assistant Upazila Education Officer Mir Abdullah Al Mamun, Kamalganj Press Club President Ashabuzzaman Shawon, CDP member Krishna Kumar Singha, Teacher Abdus Salam, among others, attended the program. The organizers said that in Good Neighbors Bangladesh, Moulvibazar CDP organized awareness programs and social meetings at various times to ensure the safety and rights of children.
In order to ensure the rights of children in the future and build a safe future, Good Neighbors Bangladesh Moulvibazar CDP will continue such continuous welfare and awareness programs in the future.
Earlier, marking Good Neighbors Bangladesh celebrated its' 30th founding anniversary by cutting a cake with the participation of all development partners at the CDP level including guests.
Later, prizes were given to the winners of the quiz competition on child protection. At the end of the program, a pleasant cultural program was entertained .
