Alliance Finance provides financial support to Marie Stopes Clinic Society
Alliance Finance PLC has extended financial support to Marie Stopes Clinic Society (Marie Stopes) as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, supporting the organization’s efforts to strengthen reproductive healthcare services in Bangladesh.
A cheque was formally handed over by Kanti Kumar Saha, Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Finance PLC, to Dr. Yasmin H. Ahmed, Chairperson, Board of Directors of Marie Stopes Bangladesh, recently at its corporate office in Dhaka, according to a press release here on Saturday.
The financial assistance will help towards procurement of a Hormone Analyzer, which will enhance Marie Stopes’ capacity to provide timely and accurate hormonal assessments. The equipment will ensure better healthcare services related to fertility treatment, menstrual disorders and other hormone-related conditions.
Marie Stopes has been working to provide accessible and affordable reproductive healthcare and family planning services to women, particularly in underserved and poor communities across Bangladesh. The cheque handover ceremony was also attended by Navila Hasan, Deputy Manager, Brand, Communication & Corporate Affairs from Alliance Finance PLC, Akhtar Sanjida Kasem, Director, Professor Dr Farhana Dewan, Director, Aktari Mamtaz, Director, Dr Sakib Chowdhury, Acting Country Director, along with other representatives of Marie Stopes.
Through this initiative, Alliance Finance PLC reaffirms its commitment to contributing to meaningful social and healthcare initiatives and supporting the well-being of communities across Bangladesh.
