vivo V80 Lite 5G debuts in Bangladesh with curved display
vivo has officially launched the V80 Lite 5G in Bangladesh, bringing a combination of a curved AMOLED display, distinctive Skyline Camera design, enhanced photography features and a high-capacity battery to the local market.
Positioned around the message ‘Slay Every Edge’, the smartphone is designed for young consumers seeking a balance between work, entertainment and everyday experiences, according to a press release.
The V80 Lite 5G features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2,000 nits of HBM brightness. Its dual-curved design gives the device a premium appearance while the easy-grip form factor is aimed at providing greater comfort during extended use.
The smartphone also introduces vivo’s Skyline Camera design, featuring a horizontal camera arrangement complemented by a light-reflecting finish. The design is available in two colour options — Silk White and Sapphire Blue.
Under the hood, the V80 Lite 5G is powered by a 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The device also supports Extended RAM for smoother multitasking.
vivo said its system optimisation is designed to maintain smooth performance for 50 months or more, making the handset suitable for long-term everyday use.
On the camera front, the V80 Lite 5G comes with a 32MP Group Selfie Camera designed to accommodate multiple people in a single frame while maintaining facial clarity. Its 50MP Sony camera also supports a Clear Night Portrait mode for capturing portraits with greater detail in low-light conditions.
Powering the device is a 7,050mAh BlueVolt Battery, aimed at providing extended usage throughout the day. The smartphone also supports IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, offering added protection against rain and accidental exposure to water.
The V80 Lite 5G is available in Bangladesh in two storage configurations. The 8GB RAM + 128GB variant is priced at Tk59,999, while the 8GB RAM + 256GB version costs Tk69,999.
Customers can also purchase the smartphone through 0% interest hire purchase and EMI facilities for up to nine months, according to vivo.
