State Minister for Health in Japan on 7 day visit
State Minister for Health Dr. MA Muhit has departed for Japan Saturday afternoon on a 7 day official visit with a view to developing and modernizing the country’s health system. A six member high level delegation led by the State Minister will participate in an experience exchange program on Japan’s health infrastructure, advanced medical management and modern healthcare projects from September 27 to October one. Health Ministry informed it through a press release on Monday. In addition, one of the main goals of the visit is to make the health sector of Bangladesh more effective and better than before by utilizing the experience of Japan’s successful health system, press release further added
Along with the State Minister for Health , Bangladesh delegation also includes DG Health Dr. Prabhat Chandra Biswas, Health Services Division Additional Secretary Shah Imam Ali Reza, National Heart Institute and Hospital Director Professor Dr. Abdul Wadud Chowdhury, Narsingdi Civil Surgeon Md. Bulbul Kabir and PS to State Minister for Health Sarwar Salam.
