DBBL holds Strategic Conclave for Barishal Region

A Strategic Conclave of Dutch-BanglaBank with Barishal Region was held in Barishal on October 02, 2026 at a localhotel in hybrid model to formulate business strategies for the branches and to strengthencustomer service excellence.

Mr. Md. Ahteshamul HaqueKhan, Managing Director & CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank was present as the ChiefGuest in the program. In his speech, the Managing Director & CEO said thatDBBL has undertaken various strategies to become the Best Financial Solution Partner “the Trusted Partner” for itscustomers. He highlighted several strategic priorities, including a Client Caring Mentality, to ensureservice excellence. He urged all participants to contribute more effectivelytowards achieving the Bank’s strategic objectives and strengthening itsposition in the industry.

The Branch Managers ofBarishal Region presented their respective strategies in the conclave andassured the management of achieving their business targets through excellentcustomer service. The senior management team also shared their observations andprovided guidance on improving customer service and achieving business targets.
