Education Ministry warns against fake office orders
The Ministry of Education has warned against a fake office order circulated in its name through various media outlets and social media platforms.
According to a press release issued on Sunday, the ministry recently became aware of a fabricated notice titled "Regarding showing sincerity in academic activities towards students in universities," dated October 11.
The notice was circulated using a forged signature of Assistant Secretary Md. Sultan Ahmed, the release said.
The ministry clarified that the notice had no connection with it and was entirely fake, fabricated and malicious.
It warned that the circulation of such misleading information could create confusion and misunderstanding among teachers, students, guardians and concerned officials and employees. The ministry urged all concerned to remain cautious about the fake notice and refrain from taking any action based on it or sharing it through any platform.
