DBBL holds Strategic Conclave for Sylhet Region

AStrategic Conclave of Dutch-Bangla Bank with the Sylhet Region was held at alocal hotel in Sylhet on October 31, 2026 in hybrid model to formulate businessstrategies for the branches and to strengthen customer service excellence.

Mr.Md. Ahteshamul Haque Khan, Managing Director & CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank waspresent as the Chief Guest in the program. In his speech, the Managing Director& CEO said that DBBL has undertaken various strategies to become the Best Financial Solution Partner “the TrustedPartner” for its customers. He highlighted several strategic priorities,including a Client Caring Mentality,to ensure service excellence.

The BranchManagers of Sylhet Region presented their respective strategies in the conclaveand assured the management of achieving their business targets throughexcellent customer service. The senior management team also shared theirobservations and provided guidance on improving customer service and achievingbusiness targets.
