'Am I worthy of this award?'

"I am continuously thinking if I can bear the weight of this award. Am I worthy of this? But today I am proud. I feel happy to make my mother and my family proud. The smile on my mother was the greatest treasure of my life." Such an expression came from Joya Ahsan after she received the Best Actress award from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the National Film Award 2015 held at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre on July 24 afternoon.

Joya Ahsan is a popular actress both in Bangladesh and Indian state of Kolkata. She always tries to do one thing and that is to learning how to act. For the third time she received the best actress award from PM Hasian. She felt surprised this third time. At the same time she expressed her gratitude to her fans and co-workers.

On Monday afternoon, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina handed over the awards to the winners of National Film Awards.
After receiving the award, Joya Ahsan shared her joy and gratitude to her fans by sharing posts on social network. She has dedicated this year's award to her fans. She wrote, "The center of my fame circle is my fans. It is for their love that we artists give everything into acting. I am dedicating the award to my fans."

On the same post, Joya wrote, "It felt more important to receive the award from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina more than receiving awards from India's state government."

Lustrous actress Joya Ahsan received this award for her outstanding performance in the film 'Zero Degree'. She thanked all the crews of that movie. She wrote, "All the credit goes to my 'Zero Degree' team. It is for my producer and co-artist Mahfuz Ahmed and director Animesh Aich. Without them I couldn't have won the heart of my fans. "
