So far, she has been able to train 50 unemployed people in her area and more than 300 unemployed youth through online classes.
Tusher said that the boys and girls of the country are very talented and smart. They can easily do freelancing. Because the world of freelancing is endless. Here it is important to acquire a special skill in the beginning rather than mastering many subjects. Newbies who want to join freelancing, their main goal is to earn money, that's why they can't do anything better. When you start to acquire skills, you don't have to look at money.
He said, the big problem for young people is client management. And many cannot do it properly. As a result, the desired success is not achieved. To overcome this problem must be proficient in communication in English. If one joins freelancing while a student, it will be an additional income stream for him.
Regarding freelancing qualifications, Tusher said that those interested must first acquire academic education. Second, get educated about the work you want to do in the freelancing profession. If it is illustration or web development or digital marketing then you need to take education in that subject.

Tusher said that the youth of Bangladesh are doing very well in freelancing, adding that the global money transaction platform Pioneers Global Gig Economy Index has been published in the influential US magazine Forbes. This shows that Bangladesh ranks eighth in the freelance market in the world. This is possible only through the hard work and dedication of the freelancers.
