Many thinkers, intellectuals, and think tanks said that the main enemy of Awami League is Awami League. Within the group, they make animosity by themselves. Now he is holding a public meeting in public. It is also possible to speak against a leader democratically. There is a provision to protest in the party forum. Nowadays, anyone deprived of any positions and useful posts starts protest within and outside the party who is very boastful of his/her qualification and vocal. This trend is damaging the party and unity that these so-called midlevel leaders do not understand. In such a protest, the party suffers more. One of the primary qualifications of a leader is to uphold the position of the team. Proving one's position by criticizing others is not the identity of a political activist. Speaking against the party humiliates not only the party but also the top leadership.
Historically Awami League is a democratic party. The will of the grassroots level is always honored. In the local are the vanguard of the Awami League is still done by the democratic process. Current Awami Leaguers need to keep and uphold this tradition. It denies the team to challenge the leader's decision. No one can be a leader by denying the team. Those who have tried this are no longer leaders - they have become single leaders. This is why many have long spoken of building political institutions. Political conflicts also occur in developed countries and party leader is also criticized. Positions are determined in the group. Anger is too sad, but losing a post does not harm the party by holding public rallies against the party. Political mistakes are difficult to correct. One wrong decision can detract the party's party and the party's top leadership becoming disconnected from the ordinary people and grassroots level party workers.
This image is prevalent in all political parties in Bangladesh. Due to this conflict, the party has become smaller and smaller. The country now has more leaders than teams. The Awami League is still intact because, although there are fewer aspirants for top positions in this party, there is still a democracy. But sometimes, less democracy is dangerous. Politics is a complex subject. Leaders are hesitant to deny this truth. They do not defend the sense of morality even though they are all educated. The independence of Bangladesh was the victory of truth against injustice. The triumph of the oppressed masses against dictatorship and oppression is the victory of democracy. This rare victory confirmed a few things. Bangladesh will be a secular democratic state for people of all walks of life. Coexistence of people of all religions and castes. Bangabandhu will be an integral part of history and the Father of the Nation. Bangladesh will be a peaceful state in Southeast
Asia with its socialist values and Bengali ethnicity. The above is the primary trend and manifesto of Awami League for seven decades and today's leaders need to uphold this trend. The Awami League government has developed the country and fulfilling all SDG goals. Now the goal should be to establish democracy in politics and morality in the country. If we fail to establish democracy in practice, the political crisis in Bangladesh will gradually increase.
