At present, there is a brawl in the parliament over the power of politicians in the country. Tofail Ahmed, member of the Jatiya Sangsad and a senior leader of Awami League said- "Politics is no longer in the hands of politicians now. Politics is being controlled by bureaucrats and businessmen." I also agree with his statement. Now the question is why this control went into the hands of bureaucrats and businessmen? What's behind it? If you look at the recent crisis and the times, you will find the answer.
And if the question is raised about the power of the bureaucracy in the country, what is its future? Standing at the present time, the answer is - the future of the bureaucracy in the country is as bright as a diamond! The current glamor of this bureaucracy is driving the present generation away from creativity and immersing them in the dream of becoming bureaucrats, pushing a nation into darkness and destroying it. Which is an omen for a nation? Which does not concern our policy makers, family and society?
The bureaucracy of this country is now a complete package. The bureaucracy is now at the pinnacle of power. Bureaucrats have been given supreme power. And maybe that's why they no longer care about the politicians of the ruling party. With which a sad wish has been expressed among the politicians in the Parliament.
The present generation is living the dream of becoming a bureaucrat because there is nothing that cannot be done in bureaucracy. Because this generation is watching in front of their eyes, if they can join into the bureaucracy, they can build a mountain of money and wealth overnight, they can hold the common people hostage, they can plunder the country in different ways.
An uncreative, spineless, and slavery types generation is being created from here. Burning evidence is BCS fascination all around among this generation. Here the dream of a young dreamer is played with delusion. He/she is shown, heard, taught and tempted just how to be a bureaucrat, how to be a slave.
That is why, researchers, scientists and intellectuals are not emerging from here. Those who, despite their strong interest in free thought and research, do not have the opportunity to do. So they moved to civilized countries. And this is how our talents are trafficked. We have not learned to evaluate our talents. And for this, we have to suffer the tragic consequences.
Compared to all other regions of the world, the young generation of our country is much more talented, much more 'potential'. The prosperity of a country depends on the dreams of this young generation and their careness. The young generation is an important human resource of a nation. Now is the right time to think about our huge number of potential young generation. We must not forget that the future of Bangladesh depends on today's young generation.
