"Thirty First Nights" is a celebration of saying goodbye to the old year and welcoming the New Year. The New Year is very important for the Muslim Ummah. It is the faithful believer's duty to review the past year and adopt a new one-year plan. Although we know it as the English New Year, it is not the English New Year, but the Christian or Gregorian New Year. Which is mixed with the religion and culture of Christians. It is also named after Pope Gregorian, a Christian pastor. Historians say that in 46 BC, Julius Caesar first introduced the New Year celebration on January 1. Later it gradually spread all over the world. It is a natural and logical claim that religious and indigenous cultures will be confined to their respective religions and peoples of the country. It's not desirable at all. The celebration of Thirty First Night declares the bankruptcy of the festivals and cultures of the country and religion. Which is for us as citizens and Muslims of Bangladesh
It is a great shame. Celebrating Thirty First Night is not valid in Islam. Islamic jurists call it haram. It is not permissible for Muslims to celebrate culture and festivals of other religions. It is forbidden in the hadith to mix one's own religion and the culture of other religions. The Prophet sa. He said, "Anyone who bears a resemblance to a nation belongs to that nation." The above hadith also warns of the loss of Muslimness if accepted A review of history shows that Jamshid, the mighty emperor of ancient Persia, introduced the New Year in 800 BC. Later the emperor of Babylon Julius Caesar Introduced the English New Year in 46 BC. In the beginning New Year was celebrated on different dates. After the introduction of the Gregorian calendar in 1582, January 1 was designated as New Year's Day. Thirty First Night is still celebrated around the world on the occasion of the arrival of the English New Year. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): Surely it is an indecency and an evil way. (2)A review of the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him), the biography of the Companions, the biography of the Tabi'i and the Tabi'een, the biography of the four Imams, the biography of the famous Muslim scholars and the rule of various Islamic caliphates shows that they The night is also a festivalDid not support. As stated in the hadith,
Narrated Ibn 'Umar: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever adopts the likeness of other nations, he will be considered one of them. (4) Analyzing the above verse and hadith, it is understood that for Muslims, the observance of this festival by the infidels is completely forbidden by Allah and if anyone observes it, he will be included among them. Therefore, we should all avoid this culture of infidels and keep ourselves free from it. Besides, we should inform our children, family and relatives about the Islamic way of celebrating this festival and warn everyone. Because Allah has said in the Holy Quran, meaning O you who believe! Save yourselves and your families from the Fire. After all, any Nowruz, be it Thirty First Night, the first New Year or the first Muharram, is completely forbidden in Islam as a foreign custom.
