Impact of proper usage of water

Impact of proper usage of water

Water is the lifeblood of humanity all around the globe. It is one of the most precious natural resources which is most essential for humanity to survive in our earth. Water is useful for human, plant and animal life. Also we are well aware of that water is useful for industrial and economic development of a developing economy. But we should not forget about lack of water in desert areas of the globe, which badly retards economic and social growth. In some parts of the globe we find that water is grossly misused. In many parts of India we are well aware of that water is grossly misused. In various metro and no-metro cities of India, in most of the tube well based in main thoroughfares of the city, tube-well is kept open which drains huge water which badly initiates water crisis. Even in Indian state of West Bengal, which is closely located to Bangladesh, it is found that water is misused. Contrarily we that the government of Bangladesh has adopted stern measures to severely plug on wastage of water. Like there are many nations around the globe where we find that the citizens are penalized heinously so that water is not at all wasted by the citizens. So far I have stated broad outlay about water now my turn is to throw more intensive details about proper usage of water for daily use and also industrial usages. Thus in the subsequent paragraph it is my humble to highlight in details about proper usage of water.

Impact of proper usage of water:

To write about impact of proper usage of water is not at all an easy task for this writer from the Indian city of Kolkata. Before I delve into the details, let me state what actually the term, 'water' is referred to in common man's parlance. Thus for the cognizance of my readers, the term 'water' is referred to  as such that it is a substance, which ischemically composed of hydrogen and oxygen,( H2) and (02), being found in gaseous, liquid and solid states. Water is regarded as the most plentiful and essential of all chemical compounds. Now let me arrive at my discourse on proper usage of water. There are various ways and means known to us by which water can be used properly. Among all the ways and means known to us regarding proper usage of water, some of the common ways and means are stated as follow:

We must check our toilet in such a manner so that there is no leakage in it which prevents wastage of water.

Usage of water should not be misused as both waste paper basket and ashtray.

Usage of plastic bottle to save and conserve water.

Bath showers should be of shorter length.

We should have bath on bath tub which should be half filled.

When we brush our teeth tooth brush should be properly rinsed.

Before we shave our beard we should put hot water on a mug so that water is not wasted.

Whenever we wish to clean our garden, we should do it early morning so that moisture is amply prevented.

Impact of proper usage of water:

Proper usage of water has its deepest impact not only in our daily life but it is also relevant in our industrial life. If we can conserve water properly then we are able to save energy greatly. The energy which is saved, is useful to filtering, heating and pumping water for our residential uses. Now I come to ways to use properly water in our daily life. There are various ways by which we can use water in our daily life.

Among all the ways some of the common usages of water are stated as follow:

Water around us:

Water plays a vital role in our life. Right from the word go every morning till night, we cannot ignore using water which is deeply relevant in our life. Without water local industry and business will not at all be operational. Water is relevant during usage of firefighting equipment, in various municipal parks, swimming pools etc. where we found water is of utmost relevance.

Water in our daily life:

It is like countries of Western world, water is equally relevant to countries falling under East Asian, South East Asian and South Asian continent. As I being an Indian national, it is sincerely thought of by this writer, water should be conserved sincerely by each and every Indian as well Bangladeshis.

We must understand the proper usage of water:

As water is terribly scarce, the time has rightly arrived at such a period of time all of us should understand proper usage of water. This is possible when a citizen of this vast nation India should understand the importance of usage of water for not only self but also for fellow citizens of my country.

Water as commercial and industrial usage:

We should not forget that water is useful for commercial and industrial usages. Hence there should not be any singe wastage of water in my nation India. This is because water is equally relevant for commercial and industrial usage. Water is useful for agricultural production and manufacturing of various kinds of goods so that economy remains always vibrant and sound.

Imposition of water tax is relevant in India:

In India in some states and union territories water tax has been imposed but not in all states and union territories. The purpose of water tax being not imposed in many states is to secure political mileage from disgruntled voters who are against imposition of water tax. But in order to generate revenues of each state and union territories plus prevention of wastage of water imposition of water tax sounds of as utmost relevance. As per relevant data available with this writer, it has been discovered that 1123 bcm of water is required among which 690 bcm is generated from surface level and 433 bcm is generated as ground level water. Total amount of wastage noticeable is 228 million wasted down the drain every day in different parts of the country. This is no doubt extremely shocking to every Indian. In comparison global requirement is 3800 liters average per day. In other South Asian nations the requirements of water are stated as follow:

Bangladesh- 83 liters per person per day.

Pakistan- 30 liters to 350 liters per person per day.

Sri Lanka- 120 liters per person per day.

Afghanistan- 20 liters per person per day.

Nepal-135 liters per person per day.

Bhutan- 45 liters per person per day and urban resident per person per day 130 liters.

Maldives- Per day usage of water 69 mm square /year.

Summation of my views:

What is most urgently required in and around South Asia is that there should be proper conservation of water. Like other parts of the globe conservation of water is very much relevant all around the globe. In the same manner all over South Asia, there should be full emphasize on proper conservation of water. In all there are in all globally 9000 Cubic meters of water required all around the globe. So the time has rightly arrived at in such a situation that the citizens of South Asia should pay serious attention to conserve water within South Asian Sub-Continent. Also importance of water should be treated as our lifeblood. During rainy season along with flood the water is wasted is no doubt shocking. This is totally unavoidable as because it is treated as the whims and caprices of nature.

Requirement of water in agricultural usage in South Asian Sub-Continent:

Water is extremely relevant in agricultural production in South Asian Sub-Continent. That is why India and Bangladesh have taken lead roles in properly conserving water in all South Asian nations. It has been proved amply that without water agricultural productions will be in total disarray which should be taken serious note by all South Asian nations.

Conclusion:

Summing up my above discourses one point becomes crystal clear in our mind is that importance of water should not be underrated in our daily life. Suppose, in India, we must take serious note to stop gross wastage of water, instead with proper conservation, we must aim to develop our daily and economic life in the upcoming phases of our life.
