Over Dependence on Electronic Gadgets Makes Us Sick
 
Browsing on mobile and other electronic gadgets have now become talk of the societies. Starting from young age groups to middle age groups. As per the views of counseling psychologists, this is referred to as social status. But in reality if we probe deeply on our thoughts then do we feel it’s absolutely reality. From its rationalistic point of view we feel due to current strain and stress, there are many citizens around the globe have become immune to browsing mobile and other electronic gadgetries. It is through browsing of electronic gadgetry people spend their time merrily thereby squashing off their worries and anxieties. Worries are always part and parcel of our life. If we always fall prey to worries and other untoward circumstances, then our worries will always mount up. In this regard we witness there are some sections of societies, who are involved into browsing on mobile and other electronic gadgetries. Now human beings across the globe with worries and anxieties.

 The same is being noticeable all over South Asian Sub-Continent. That is why counseling psychologists across the globe always adviceto the citizens not to be so much stressed up rather we should lead our life in utmost relaxation. Apart from the counseling psychologists, the Great philosophers and thinkers across the globe always advise us to read more books in English and various mother languages. Though citizens of the Western World are well adapted to tough situations but while coming to South Asian perspectives we find that the scenario is extremely dismal. In this regard there might be many reason, but among all the key reason is economic reason. If the economic condition of the citizens are sound and sedate then obviously citizens of the globe are not immune to browsing on mobile and other electronic devices. In this regard, I feel as this writer hail from South Asian Sub-Continent hence decides to concentrate upon two closer and cordial nations of the Sub Continent, India and Bangladesh. Thus in the subsequent paragraph it is my earnest endeavor to illustrate about excess browsing on mobile and other electronic gadget.

Now coming to my key thought it is the earnest endeavor on the part of this writer to interpret an illustrative point of view pertaining to my piece. It is like India and Bangladesh, rest of the South Asian Sub-Continent are also under severe strain and stress.

In this regard what is most urgently required with the impact of modern digitized age, humanity of modern age should get inclined more on technical aspect, but not at the cost of erosion of basic moral and social values. As per the issue of erosion of moral and social values, we find that humanity through the impact of digitization the impact becomes extremely crossed ones. Some section of societies try to extract positives outcome from it, whereas there are quite many of us who have failed miserably to turn the benefits of it in favor of humanity.

In South Asian nations, especially in countries like India and Bangladesh, usage of digitization is mixed. Some citizens are utilizing for positive purposes, whereas there are some citizens who badly misusing and misinterpreting the benefits of it. In this regard, there is a term called ‘doomscrolling’. Doomscrolling is also referred to as ‘doomsurfing’. The said term is referred to as such be the act of spending an excessive amount of time reading huge pejorative news through online.

Now as per advantages of browsing upon mobile and other electronic gadgetries we observe that there are many of them. But in the short span of time, let me try to throw light upon the positive or advantageous impact of it. Thus the common advantages are as such,

Excess usage of Mobile and other electronic devices motivate humanity to expose our mind towards global dimension.
Excess usage of Mobile and other electronic devices motivate human mind to enhance speaking, listening and creative powers.
Kids and high level school goers get motivated to watch various kinds of musical and entertainment programs.

Visual presentation on mobile and other electronic devices motivate humanity to acceleration of sensorial stimulation.
Mobile and other electronic gadgetries motivate human beings to save lot of space and economize our household expenses.
It is useful for students to trace out information accurately and meticulously.

From social and familial point of views, usage of mobile and other electronic devices are welcomed. This should not be done at the cost of our pride and prestige in our societies. Especially in countries under South Asian Sub Continent, India and Bangladesh, citizens of the nations should act utmost restraint in regard to excess of mobile and other electronic gadgetries. Practicing counseling psychologists of India and Bangladesh always appeal to citizens not indulge in excess usage of mobile and other electronic devices.
