No Space for Terrorist Activities in Chittagong Hill Tracts

 Bangladesh is an independent and sovereign country .It has own beauty of democracy and the economic scenario indicates that Bangladesh economy is progressing. Though some fine tuning in the economy is being needed especially in the financial sector. Political stability is needed with institutional support However, Kucki-Chin National front is a real headache for Bangladesh as they are patronized by some foreign as indicated by various newspapers. Our democracy is a symbol of pro people development structure and Hill tracts are part of Sovereign nation of Bangladesh. Those who are Bom community they were not original inhabitants of hill tracts. They came in Bangladesh territory on 17 th Century and illegally and militants to uprooted Bengalis  from Hill Tracts. As per rule of the country Nathan Bom must be caught red handed by the law and enforcement agencies. He should not get any shelter by any peace loving country except some criminals, militants, terrorists. Nobody in the world who love peace and democracy should support the front.

Nathan Bom should be brought severely penalized, punishment under legal process of the country. Whether he is associated with BNP-Jamaat politics or so called fake left politics. His certificate from University of Dhaka must be cancelled as Nathan Bom is a criminal and anti community person and only law and enforcement agencies cannot say whether, when, where and how he associated with such notorious incidents against our beloved motherland which became independent in the year 1971 under able leadership of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Fung, &  Wright (2003)  argued that the institutional forms of liberal democracy that grew in the 19th century may not fit with the problems that work out in the current  21st century. Bangladesh has a unique type of democracy especially starting from 2009 under the competent statesmanship of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina  whose base point is development and welfare of the human being and longest serving elected prime minister in Bangladesh. Kuki-Chin National front(KCNF) in Bangladesh especially at the hill tract area started looting, rape, robbery, terrorism, insurgency, fundamentalism , militants ,theft, burglary, and vandalism and prove that their leader who was once upon a time was an artist and wanted to become a member of the parliament in Bangladesh Parliament  now turned to become a radical criminalization. He became artist to  writer then became robber and in lieu of money trainer of  militants who are radical Islamic militants as reported by newspapers.

According to The Times of India ,a  daily newspaper  vide dated July 29,2023  informed that "Kuki-Chin National Army (KCNA) had triggered an IED   blast in a forest in Lawngtlai district on June 26,2023 militants had entered Mizoram in the guise of refugee .Both the Assam Rifles and the Border Security Force (BSF) –  which guard India’s borders with Myanmar and Bangladesh,  respectively – are understood to have submitted reports   to the authorities concerned in Delhi."

This is just an example of destabilization process by a minority group preferably western countries whims and caprices  to the  Asian countries where  not only in Bangladesh but it already also   creating  problems for other  neighboring countries too and possibly bad intention is that Indian democracy and political stability and economic development of that country  is not acceptable or appreciable  to those western countries who are involved  in favour of KNCA viewed on 22 August 2023. A post-logue by Dutta (2023) informed that "In Mizoram, there are between 10 and 12 hundred thousand Kuki Chins whereas in Myanmar's Chin state it is about half that number. In Bangladesh, the population of the Kuki Chin ethnicities together may be estimated as not exceeding 300,000. .......... They are seen, though in smaller numbers in Tripura, Manipur, Nagaland, Sagaing and other districts of Myanmar."

Hill tracts districts in Bangladesh must be politically inclusiveness not only economically and financially inclusiveness so that such desperate and self-motivated KCNF's    devil ideas and terrorist activities  cannot work and all ethnic group of people and also Bengali can stay their peacefully. From the grass root level to the top level of three hill districts in Bangladesh political activities can be worked as a chain reaction so that local inhabitants whether minority or Bengali can included in each process such as union parishads, upazila systems, city corporations, national parliamentarian member must  be locally politically inclusive who must stay  there with   peace ,tranquility and self -esteem, freedom from hunger and freedom from ignorance.

NGO activities must be cautioned  and govt. subsidized products must ensure their macroeconomic stability which can only be attained if the political economy works with corporate governance. For the betterment of the macroeconomic stability with the help of neighbouring countries joint action may be taken with the help of our Bangladesh armed force who already gained popularity by the attainment of various United Nations peacekeeping missions.

Appeal to the Government of Bangladesh whether Nathan Bom is an agent of foreign country must be identified by a judicial commission. So far revealed from different newspaper he is a terrorist, greedy as well as criminals, robbers, trainers and helpers of militants and anti humanistic persons.

When government of Bangladesh is trying no one behind in the development process in Hill tracts a small group of Bom community with the help of unidentified or undisclosed group is trying to destabilize the country. Local political personnel of Hill tracts irrespective of age, gender, cast, nationality, color from the grass root level to top level in these three districts of Hill tracts must be enjoyed inclusive political atmosphere so that notorious criminal like Nathan Bom can be eliminated and Bengali community should stay there with equal opportunity.

Also request to the historians to tell the truth when Bom community and Chakma community and other tribes came to the Hill tracts and settled their. Unfortunate that our so called member of civil society did not give strong comments against such incidents. Even their training towards militants no civil society members are vocal. Islamic militants may grow with the help of Nathan Bom. A research must be done why and how Bengalis were bound to fled away from Hill tracts when foreign indigenous group settled their by terrorist activities by the latter groups. All countries should think about their own country not by expanding insurgencies but especially who are current give super powers exist in the world. We Bangladeshi want peace, prosperity ,and  tranquility in the country.
