In today's era, the competition to find a job is increasing day by day. Getting a job is not easy in today's age. Nowadays, we often ignore our dreams while chasing these jobs. But what if we break out of this job-hunting cycle and decide to become entrepreneurs? Why chase after a job when it is possible to realize your dreams by being an entrepreneur? As technology, information and creativity are advancing in the current era, the trend of job hunting has gained popularity.
The youth of a country is considered as the future of the country. And it is the responsibility of the government to take appropriate steps to protect that young society. It is the responsibility of the state to monitor the views and demands of the young society and guide them in the right direction. The positive thinking of young people should be maintained. Today most of the youngsters are becoming entertainment favorites. Getting addicted to online sites like Facebook, TikTok, funny posts, YouTube, online games etc. Being more attracted to worthless things than the valuable words of an intellectual; What is not reveals a downward view of them. If you don't appreciate the good people, the country will become a country without good people.
Therefore, to protect the country, the young society must be protected first. In order to change their attitude, the government should take various steps in the interest of the country and turn the young society into efficient working citizens. Conducting employment seminars for the youth and bringing them under the plan should be carried out in a specific manner. Unskilled people are the burden of the country. Skilled manpower brings prosperity to the country. So, people have to be converted into man power. Every person can contribute to the interests of the country, that opportunity should be created. In addition to jobs, new entrepreneurs should be created by encouraging the youth to become entrepreneurs. Because the rate at which the population is growing, it is not possible to create employment; This is true! Therefore, young people should create their own employment as entrepreneurs. And others have to create opportunities. In the current corona epidemic, many working people are becoming unemployed, they are living a depressed life. Many garments, factories, and industries have closed down. Therefore, to normalize this situation, they must find an alternative way of employment. And that alternative path is to become an entrepreneur. If you are an entrepreneur, you can create your own employment.
Entrepreneurship is not just doing business, but it is a process of creating new vision, new thinking, new innovation and giving something new to the society. Today's youth are more inclined towards new business ideas based on their skills and interests rather than blind passion for job security. Getting out of the stress of job hunting and becoming an entrepreneur is a bold and rewarding move. If you have a great idea and can act on it, success is within your reach.

There are many uncertainties and unknowns in this journey, but with the right attitude and planning, success is possible. There are many who sit at home needlessly, they can develop themselves online with a good plan.
Online entrepreneurship is a popular trend these days. Now many people are becoming entrepreneurs online and even profiting by buying and selling various products. Not only the entrepreneur but an entrepreneur should also have a good relationship with his customers. Good customer service not only improves business success, but also improves brand image. When customers are satisfied, they are more likely to buy your product again and even leave positive word-of-mouth comments about your product or service. Which helps in attracting new customers. Rather, they cheat during product transactions, provide false returns and poor service, thereby creating a negative perception among customers. Such behavior can harm the business in the long run. There are also some customers who make false complaints about the quality of the products and harm the traders. Even placing multiple orders and canceling one order later to get the service or product for free. Such fraud can lead to low employee morale, which lowers service quality. Customer fraud is a complex problem, but it can be prevented with the right steps.
