Technical innovation has now become order of the day. It is throughout the globe; we find that technical innovation has wreathed apart all nook and corners of the society. Each and every day in our life we witness technical innovation around the globe. This is no doubt a remarkable awakening in today’s world. The fruits of success have no doubt deeply impacted upon the humanity but it should have proper utilization.

In order to delve into details, let throw deep light upon the key area. Before delve into details, let me touch upon that what actually the said term is referred to in common parlance. Thus, the said term has been referred to as such that indicates the process of creation or implementation of improved technologies, products or processes which enhance efficiency, competitiveness and value of the products. It is also helpful to sped economic growth and societal change.

Lot needs to be introspected about technical innovation. Especially in South Asian nations like India, Bangladesh, and other South Asian nations, technical innovation might be appreciable. But utilization should be as such, that gives an indication that in both nations there should be fullest development of the societies in both nations. With proper utilization of technical innovation, we should infer that fruits of technical development and innovation aim forward that people of all sections of societies should be accorded fullest amenities. When the technical innovation and benefits do not reach to all sections of societies in India and Bangladesh, then we evince from close quarters a friction and coercive temperament erupt which is totally detrimental. Because of the above reasons, we find discriminatory temperament arise which is not at all appreciable.

Now let me examine the common advantages of technological innovation. Among all the advantages being associated, some of the common ones are stated as such, improvement of relationships with customers, innovation in international processes with customers, innovation in products and services, improvement of productivity and reduction of costs, technological innovation is beneficial for sustainable development and finally it is beneficial for creation of new employment opportunities.

Hereby I state various types of technical innovation, which are stated as such, disruptive innovations, incremental innovations, radical innovations and paradigm shifting innovations.

Now let me examine the impact of technological innovation on economic development. Technical innovation creates an indelible impact upon economic development. Now in any major economic force of the globe, the citizens of the globe are deeply benefited by the impact of technical innovation on economic development of a nation. In countries under South Asian Sub-Continent, we find that the impact of technological innovation is deep rooted. Without technological innovation, societies around the globe will be lost in the wilderness. The impact of new innovations is very much relevant as per the demand of the economy is concerned. In any industry in India and Bangladesh we find newly wed technological innovations are dearly welcomed by the citizens. Though Bangladesh is in the midst of severe political and social turmoil. Hope things might turn out for betterment.

In India, Bangladesh plus other South Asian nations, we find that technical innovation is flourishing greatly. It is the responsibility of our governance to ensure that the fruits of development in concurrence to scientific innovation should reach out to masses of India. The same is applicable for Bangladesh. The biggest problem for is mindset for the Indian citizens. In this regard, the Great souls of India and also other parts of the globe always were and are in favor of technical and scientific innovation. This we cannot disagree from the core of our heart and mind.

If I wish to emphasize about how the humanity should adapt to technical innovation. In order to delve into my thought process, let me introspect into it. To delve into my thoughts, let me probe into it.

In an ever-changing technological landscape, humanity always have the inclination to adapt to technical innovation. There are various ways and means behind it. Which are stated as follow:

Curiosity and eagerness to crave in for innovative ideas-One of the key areas is to individual’s adaptability to new ideas is through mode of technological innovation.

Exertion in professional life-In the professional life, it is always advisable to be adept for humanity to updated with various kinds of technical innovations.
Acceptability into daily life-The most successful techno-economic and socio-economic personnel always lunge forward to new technologies in their daily routine life.

Embracing growth mindset-The world at present is transforming my leaps and bounds. That is why in order to adapt to changing scenarios around the globe, technological innovation sounds of as paramount importance. It is through the impact of technological innovation humanity across this vast nation crave in for growth mindset. The same impact should be felt in Bangladesh too.

Development of digital literacy-Digital literacy seems to be of prime importance. The more we are accustomed with digital literacy the more we achieve economic growth in modern competitive scenario.

There might be various other issues by which humanity is able to adapt to changing scenarios. In this shortest possible time, my objective is not to  bore my respected online readers across the globe, which also includes two closer and cordial nations of South Asian Sub-Continent India and Bangladesh.

In both nations, there was a feeling that literary subjects, social science, pure science, medical science and others are dependent solely upon literature. But as days pass off, I find that the impact of technical innovation has gained profound impact which we cannot deny at all. It is due to the impact of technical innovation humanity around the globe, is able to become closer to each other mainly due to technological innovation. The impact of which is deeply felt in both India and Bangladesh.

By deducing the above views, we must admit that there should be meticulous global outreach among all citizens. It is only through the mode of technical innovation; our endeavor should bear fruit. Again, I do possess candid admittance in perspective to human adaptability to technical innovation.
