Mayor Annisul's Eid day at ICU

Ailing Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Annisul Huq has spent Eid-ul-Azha at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital in London.

The doctors have informed that some days will take for the regaining of Mayor Annisul's consciousness. For this reason, he is being given treatment keeping at ICU. Meanwhile, it was learnt two days back that Annisul regained his consciousness. Mizanur Rahman, the personal secretary to Mayor Annisul, has informed this.

He said, Sir (Annisul Huq) is suffering from a rare disease. So, he is provided treatment keeping at ICU. But his condition is improving.  Mayor Annisul will have to be kept at ICU some days for intensive care. But the physicians are observing his physical  improvement. Time will take for full recovery, the doctors said.

Mayor Annisul Huq has been undergoing treatment at a hospital in London being afflicted with a disease named 'Cerebral Vasculitis'.

He went to London for physical check-up and family reasons on July 29 this year. As he suddenly fell sick there, he was admitted at a hospital. Since then, he has been kept at Intensive Care Unit of the hospital.
