No discrimination between rich-poor, we want equal rights for all -The Asian Age

Economic disparity is one of the reasons behind the emergence of Bangladesh. Has been independent country Four years have passed.

The economy of sustainable economics has left behind stories of fragile economies. Independence Answer that the per capita income in Bangladesh was only $ 70, now it has increased 27 times. But, the poor-poor discrimination has decreased? The 48-year-old independent Bangladesh, which has broken the economic exploitation chain.

The next poor economics and the poorer populations were broken by the one-and-a-half times in a storm. However, through the development of different sectors, people have gained the strength to survive. In 1971, the per capita income was only 70 dollars and in Bangladesh in 2019, it had crossed $ 19 billion.

As per the figures, the average per capita income has touched $ 2,000, but still around 60 million people are earning below $ 1,000. As a result, the discrimination of the rich and the poor is clear.

And in the data analysis of statistics Bureau, the contribution of top 10 percent of the wealthy in the national income has increased from 35 percent to 38 percent in the last 6 years. On the other hand, the contribution of the 10 percent of the poorest of the poor has dropped from 1 percent to 1 percent.

According to economists, to ensure the benefits of economic progress, the discrimination will be overcome by the challenges of the next.

According to the BBC's information, discrimination in Bangladesh has decreased slightly.Economist Dr.KaziKholiquzzaman Ahmad believes in a BBC interview that international survey organization Oxfam has the potential to increase property discrimination worldwide, but economists say that overall poverty discrimination has decreased slightly overall.

Oxfam survey said: `The wealth of 1% of the world's wealthy people in the coming year will surpass the remaining 99% of the total wealth of the people. The organization's idea is that in the next few years 50% of the total wealth of the world can be owned by the rich.Asked about Bangladesh's position in this context, Mr. Ahmad told BBC Bangla that the situation in Bangladesh is not so obvious'.

Dr. Kholiquzzaman Ahmad feels that the street class or backward groups will have the opportunity to contribute to the economy. He said, "Over the last few years, overall discrimination has decreased slightly, although it is not very much, but poverty has decreased."

Mr. Ahmad said that 24-25 percent poverty in Bangladesh is now in Bangladesh. Among the poorest 12 percent of the population It was ten years before poverty was 40% and the poverty was 19%.

He said that the richest of the five percent of their income is 25/6 percent of the national income and the poorest 5 percent of their income is less than one percent. There is still some improvement but still remains very prominent. The readymade garment sector has played an important role in the widespread employment of women in Bangladesh. He said that if the economy is to be fair and to be human, it will ensure the participation of all.

Mr. Ahmad said there are some groups who did not have the necessary attention. For those who live in the street, cleanliness staff, hilly, hazarder's, people with disabilities - they have not been looked at. I think the government will have to pay more attention to them. We believe it is more important for us to pay more attention to them for improving the living standards of sustainable economies.

Because if there is no sustainable economy, long-term problems will arise. Everyone has the right to a sustainable economy. If that happens, they can also make special contribution to the economy. Improvement of their quality of life will improve the country overall.

Therefore, we think that, as soon as possible, in reality, the government will recognize greater inequality to prevent discrimination in the overall and sustainable development of the country on equal basis by preventing discrimination between the rich and the poor in the country that is our wish.

Rich and poor, developed and developing world - People of the world and the world system in such divisions. To improve the livelihood of the poor, the poor should be raised to the rich and the wealthy spend their labor in order to become more prosperous, be meritorious. In this process, poverty decreases and the number of rich people will grow. This section is normal in the changing world. When the question arises - the number of rich people is decreasing.

In the last year, international organization 'Oxfam' released amazing information on the 47th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The organization has shown that the total wealth of the world's half (360 million) people is equal to the wealth of the top 8 richest. According to Oxfam analysis, the difference between the very rich and the poorer people has increased greatly. They also termed this inequality of wealth as "inappropriate".

According to the report, the total wealth of the world's top richest is 426 billion dollars. The world's richest billionaire Bill Gates's total assets amount to 75 billion dollars. Among others Amancio Ortega is $ 67 billion; Warren Buffett $ 608 billion; Carlos Slim is $ 5 billion; Jeff Bez's $ 4,520 million; Zuckerberg is worth 4,460 billion dollars; Larry Allison has $ 4 billion 360 million and Bloomberg owns $ 4 billion worth of assets.

In the same report of Oxfam of 2016, it was found that 62 of the world's wealth was in rich hands. Later it was amended and reduced to 9. It is seen in the report of the time that between 1988 and 2011, the income of the poor people increased by 10 percent, per capita 65 US dollars. At the same time, Burkee is one-third of the wealthy, who have consolidated the wealth of the world, their income increased 182 times more than the poorest people and 11,800 dollars per head.

International CEO Winnie Bianima said in this context, "It is a matter of great concern that very few people are in the hands of very few people. While still only 10 dollars per day for the world, only 2 dollars. Due to discrimination, millions of people are trapped in the trap of poverty. This is creating a crack in our society and democracy. '

The rich-poor discrimination has become globalized now. So much so that the wave of information about the developed country, but its waves do not even fall in the developing countries. Bangladesh has also been told to go ahead with income discrimination. On 16 October, the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) published the results of last survey of income and expenditure (2016).

This survey was done with the help of the World Bank. Usually this survey is done after every five years. It shows that the opportunity to increase the income of the poor has decreased, the wealthy has increased. BBS says that 38 percent of the country's total income is 10 percent rich. And only 10 percent of the poorest 10 percent of the poorest of the total income.

Although the country's poverty has decreased overall. For example, in the last 6 years, the overall poverty rate decreased from 31.3 percent to 24.3 percent. Basically due to the increase of income irrespective of the rich and poor poverty has decreased. However, this increase in revenue is more prosperous than the poorest of the poor.

Socialists criticize the capitalist economic system very strictly. One of the reasons for the emergence of socialism is the social inequality caused by capitalism. Equal benefits, wealth and dignity are the birth rights of each person. Some people will plunder the wealth of resources and millions of people will not be able to meet the basic needs of life - a fundamentalist system that says 'emphasis is based on its principles'.

Mahatma Gandhi's writings and remarks, 'Describe the issue of the report published in the country, April 2, 2006, Mahatma Gandhi said,' If the people of Society took more than their needs, it is also a theft. This is because theft is done from any human. With the increase in daily demand, nature is also increasing its production.

If every person does not get involved in the extraordinary demand, then no man in the world will die intensely. Inequality in society means that no one is involved in a massive looting in this society. If their level of looting decreases, it will be possible to eliminate the inequality in society. 'He said the truth.

The government should have widespread discrimination between the rich and the poor, to resist the plunder of the people's resources. So, to ensure the sustainable economics in the country, elimination of discrimination will ensure the right to all peoples.
